The breakfast was plentiful and the location was extremely central, near the ferry terminal.

The staff was attentive, the room was recently refurbished and superb double with big windows. The service was very good, we had a savoury and hot breakfast with continental food.

In general the service was terrific. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area in the twin room. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a huge variety of high quality food on offer. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the railway station as well as harbor and downtown shops.

The superior king room here is modern and spacious, and the location is fantastic, just by the train stations, Norway and waterfront, cafes/restaurants.

Amazing customer service! We arrived early and they graciously checked us in at 10:00. The front desk staff was helpful with parking arrangements. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a great variety of delicious food. Despite a small inconvenience, our overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

after checking out, i went out and was drenched in the rain. when i went back to retrieve my stored luggage, the hotel staff allowed me to use their fitness room to wash up. i must say the service staff are quite good in the service even after checking out. the superior room that i stayed in had an excellent view as well.

Everything was good and the breakfast was the best of our tour around Scadanavia in two weeks.

View from our room was a wall of the adjoining building, we had read of sea views and passing eagles!

We really like staying at this ideal, clean property. the hotel is in a magnificent and perfect location close to all attractions in Bodo sentrum. - the staff here are really helpful. - the standard queen room is recently renovated and has central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.

The recption was very frinly and ready to help. Breakfest buffet was above average.

Regular room is a bit small.

Very good location, staff is very helpful, even when it comes to practical advices, about local shops, taxi in other towns etc. The rooms are very good, as well as the breakfast. One feels welcome.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices with attention to detail. The location is perfect, right at the harbour in the city centre, making it convenient for those catching the ferry to Lofoten. The staff provide excellent service, and the rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Plus, having breakfast included is a definite bonus.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I arrived very late from the ferry which moored about 10 minutes walk(around 3 AM). The front desk staff cheerfully greeted me and had my room ready to go. I only stayed at the hotel for ~10 hours to get some rest before a flight back to the U.S. The room was clean and quiet; the breakfast buffet in the morning was outstanding.
